We will reopen on 18th April 2022 but there will be no groups running during the second week of the holidays. We will aim to get back to you if you leave a voice message, text, or email, but please be aware this may take a few days.

Please find here further numbers of agencies that might be helpful , but in an emergency if you or anyone else is at risk always call 999. If you cannot talk, wait for the operator to speak then press 55 so they know you need help.
